• Initial Consultation

• Health History Review

• Nutritional Counseling

• Initial Prenatal and Physical Exam

• Urinalysis

• Prenatal Exams monthly until 28 weeks

• Prenatal Exams bi-weekly until 36 weeks

• Prenatal Exam weekly from 36 weeks on

• 36 week home visit by two midwives

• Cranio-sacral session at 39 weeks

• On call services throughout pregnancy and postpartum

• Labor monitoring and support

• Birth attendance by two midwives and an apprentice

• Immediate postpartum monitoring of mother and baby

• Initial full newborn exam

• Hospital labor support and advocacy in the event of a transport

• Three postpartum visits at home for mother and baby

• Cranio-sacral session for mom and baby at 1 or 3 day visit

• Additional two or three week postpartum visit

• Optional 6 week social visit
